Where Change Takes Root

Restoring alignment between mind, body, and story.

Lasting change happens when your mind and nervous system learn steadiness together. My work integrates evidence-based therapy with nervous system–informed approaches to help you create lasting change—both emotionally and physiologically. We will focus on building regulation, reducing emotional reactivity, and supporting deeper integration of identity that leads to experiences of greater steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.

EMDR is available to help process specific memories or patterns that may still be shaping how you feel today.

About Me

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, steady, and rooted in respect. I don’t believe people are broken. I believe our nervous systems learn brilliant strategies to help us survive difficult experiences, relationships, and seasons of life. Sometimes those strategies continue long after they are needed, and they start to get in the way. My goal is not to fight your symptoms, but to understand them, honor what they have been trying to do for you, and help you develop new ways of responding that better fit the life you want to live.

My role is to help you understand those patterns and gently build new ones that support greater regulation, clarity, and self-trust.

I value thoughtful conversation, autonomy, and creating a space where you don’t have to perform or impress. You can show up exactly as you are.

Outside of my clinical work, I deeply value family, growth, and creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be fully themselves. I believe change is possible at any stage of life — especially during seasons that initially feel destabilizing.

Fees & Insurance

  • Individual sessions provide a dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and work through patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck. In our work together, we focus on building greater emotional awareness, strengthening nervous system regulation, and developing practical ways to respond to challenges with more steadiness and clarity.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapy with nervous system–informed work, helping clients move beyond insight alone toward meaningful change in how they experience and respond to life. Sessions move at a thoughtful pace that prioritizes emotional safety while supporting deeper exploration and growth.

For clients interested in processing specific memories or long-standing patterns, EMDR therapy may be incorporated as part of treatment.

  • I accept several insurance plans and will bill insurance directly when applicable. Coverage and benefits vary by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your mental health benefits, including copay or deductible information.
